Balboa ("we", "us") provides one-on-one video consultation — Pendo implementation, adoption, and product analytics guidance — through this website, engagebalboa.online. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.

2. Information we collect

• Booking information: when you book a consultation, you enter your name, email address, and card details directly on this site. Card details go straight to Stripe (our payment processor) via encrypted fields — we receive your name, email, session length, and payment confirmation, and we never see or store your card numbers.
• Contact messages: when you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message content.
• Consultation materials: workspace exports, screenshots, or documents you voluntarily share during a session so we can help you.
• Technical data: basic, anonymized analytics (pages visited, device type) to keep the site working well.

3. How we use it

• To deliver your consultation and send booking confirmations, invoices, and receipts.
• To respond to your inquiries.
• To meet legal and tax record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use it for marketing you didn't ask for.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are entered into Stripe's encrypted payment fields and are handled under Stripe's Privacy Policy. We do not store payment card data on our servers.

5. Confidentiality of your product information

We treat any product data, analytics, or account information you share during a consultation as confidential. We will not disclose them to third parties or use them for any purpose other than serving you, unless required by law.

6. Data retention

We keep booking and invoice records as required for tax and accounting purposes (generally 7 years). Contact messages are deleted within 24 months unless an ongoing matter requires otherwise.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where no legal retention duty applies). Contact us at the email below and we will respond within 30 days.
